As a club we train on Wednesday evenings at Hinde House school. Training starts at 7 and continues in various guises until 10. There is indoor fitness training for all between 7 and 8. Pitch training starts at 7.30 and the various sections of the club rotate around the pitch so that all teams get an equal amount of time in front of Net. This year Mens 2's, 3's and 4's need to be at the pitch and warmed up ready for a session to be lead by one of the 1st team. They will then take up central space upto 9.15 when the 1st teams will take over the full pitch.
